"Winston in a Hot Dog Suit" (stylized in all caps) is an episode of Computer Show, released to the Grocerybag YouTube channel (now titled shouldicleanmyroom) on September 28th, 2012. It features the unreleased song "Anything Goes" as its background music.

Background[]

It was one of the final videos before Mars Argo and Titanic Sinclair's move from Chicago to Los Angeles, as well as the first of two videos announcing the later canceled second studio album. The episode appears to have been unscripted, with the duo asking each other questions, and later dressing up their dog Winston in a hot dog costume.

Synopsis[]

The video begins with Sinclair asking Argo the reason why she is leaving Chicago, after which a few shots are shown of Argo claiming that she is not "acting that much". What follows is a scene of Sinclair discussing the convenience of Billie Joe Armstrong's public breakdown which took place six days before the video's release. Argo then claims that for Halloween she would like to be in an "animal suit with three other people", while Sinclair exclaims that he would like to be Molly Soda for Halloween, before bursting out laughing.

Trivia[]

  • The wig Argo wears in this video is reused from a 2010 video, "Reality Is a Dream", and a photoshoot from that same year.
  • The song played at the end of the video is the title track of the album Telekon by Gary Numan, which also appears in Argo's official playlist on Spotify.
