Shriya Samavai is an Indian artist, designer, photographer and writer based in New York. They are a close friend of Mars Argo, having worked with her multiple times from 2013 until 2015.
Background[]
They first interviewed Argo and Titanic Sinclair through Noisey, with said being released on February 14th, 2013, as promotional material for the "Runaway Runaway" music video which released on the same day. They later interviewed the duo again in 2014, which was released to Wondering Sound.
After the band had split in mid-2014, they remained in contact with Argo and photographed her while she was on holiday in New York City in early 2015. It currently remains unknown whether the two have been in contact after Argo had returned to Los Angeles.
